Her Name Was Lola, She Was A Show Girl....

It has been just over a month since Mandy died and we have been back and forth whether to replace her or not. It apparently was only a matter of time - because we are weak. We have been researching and studying and kept coming back to the Weimaraner breed. We found a great breeder in SLC that had the perfect match for our family. We picked her up late last night. She is 10 weeks old and misses her mom, brothers and sisters (all 10 of them). She has quickly latched on to Luke as her surrogate comforter. We named her Lola. Luke and Lola on the way home.

Funny girl.

She has beautiful blue eyes and a soft smoky gray coat.

She likes to sleep a lot right now. She woke up early to eat and go outside and then go back to sleep.

Colby has a playmate that might actually be able to keep up with him!

You now know I will always be singing, "her name was Lola, she was a showgirl."
I can't wait to meet her.

Low, it's okay. I figured by the time I get around to having a baby, it's okay to name her after a dog. And Normans - she's a cutie now. Just wait till she's not a puppy anymore . . . ;)
