Luke has been begging me to take him to the Haunted Forest for the last month. Last night was the big night. Marnie brought her daughter Lucee. I had Luke, his friend Aaron, AND COLBY! We were un-sure about Colby, but he wanted to go and was a rock star! There were two parts to the whole thing. The first was the Psychic Manor, an indoor haunted house type of thing. It was great! Lots of fun optical illusions and lots of gore and fake blood. Colby was instrumental in helping us find our way out of there. The Haunted Forest was quite a bit longer and involved chain saw's. Colby's patience and courage was somewhat tested with the chain saw's. Funny little guy. He kept chanting to himself "Just keep walking, just keep walking." Luke wanted to lead the group and take us head first into rooms/area's we had no idea how to get out of until Marnie pushed her way past the spooky people to find the door. All in all it was a great night. Colby on the outside of it now thinks it was the greatest thing ever. Luke would fill your ear with non-stop chatter about his favorite part - there are about 20+ of his "favorite" parts.

You must really want to warp your kids. Don't remember those awful times Dad took us to the Haunted Castle when we were way too young for such things? I still haven't recovered. Colby will probably have trouble sleeping in the dark for the rest of his life thanks to you.
Rock on! And you look way too young to have that many kids...Glad you are the fun mom. Do you mind if I just send mine over in the next few years to have their childhood-shaping experiences?
